Topography:
Located in the South Texas Brush Country, 65 miles north of Corpus Christi and 85 miles south of San Antonio. The landscape will run from flat land to rolling hills. Farm and ranch land dominate the area surrounding the town. The South Texas Brush County is made up of Mesquite, Oak, granjeno, white-brush, prickly pear and other native grasses and brush. The area is well known for producing trophy-class white-tailed deer. One of the most biologically diverse habitats in Texas, as tropical, grassland and desert species all inhabit the region.
